- Business information: name, category, address/location, Google profile links, logo.
- Public Google reviews: review text and ratings cached for analysis purposes.
- Usage data: basic event records of dashboard interactions.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to provide the service: review analytics, directory visibility, negative-review alerts, and subscription management. Your data is never sold to third parties. Review text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis; payments are processed by Stripe.
Your Rights
You have the right to delete your account and associated data, and to request access to or correction of your data. Additional rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) are reserved for Virginia residents. Contact us to exercise these rights.
